Pelaksanaan Perkuliahan Microteaching berbasis E-Learning

Pada situasi normal, perkuliahan microteaching di FKIP Universitas Wisnuwardhana, dilaksanakan di ruang laboratorium microteaching. Namun, situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang telah berlangsung kurang lebih selama dua menyebabkan perkuliahan microteaching dilakukan secara daring (e-learning). Pelaksanaan perkuliahan microteacing berbasis e-learning yang diterapkan di FKIP Universitas Wisnuwardhana menjadi suatu tantangan tersendiri, karena matakuliah microteaching identik dengan pembelajaran praktik secara langsung dan merupakan proses awal pembentukan kompetensi pendidik. Universitas Wisnuwardhana telah memiliki sebuah Learning Manajemen Sistem (LMS) berbasis daring (e-learning) untuk memfasilitasi pelaksanaan perkuliahan microteaching melalui laman http://elearning.wisnuwardhana.ac.id/. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan perkuliahan microteaching berbasis e-learning serta meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam praktik microteaching yang direkam dalam format video kemudian diunggah ke media sosial (youtube). Perkuliahan microteaching berbasis e-learning yang dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa calon guru prodi Pendidikan Matematika berjalan dengan lancar, karena Universitas Wisnuwardhana telah berupaya secara institusional dalam menyediakan fasilitas e-learning (LMS). Selain itu, pelaksanaan perkuliahan microteaching berbasis e-learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas mahasiswa, karena mereka mampu belajar secara mandiri sesuai dengan lembar aktivitas yang disajikan. Indikator kemandirian mahasiswa terdapat pada penyelesaian tugas, dan bertanggungjawab terhadap waktu yang diberikan setiap pertemuan dalam mengumpulkan hasil pekerjaannya.
