Analisis Kesalahan Siswa Dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Matematika Berbentuk Cerita Yang Ditinjau Dari Kemampuan Komunikasi Siswa Dengan Bantuan Media Komik Matematis Pada Materi Barisan Dan Deret Aritmatika Di Kelas XI SMAS Daerah Air Joman T.A 2020/2021

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan-kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal barisan dan deret aritmetika ditinjau dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa di kelas XI SMAS Daerah Air Joman Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 13 siswa kelas X1 SMAS Daerah Air Joman Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Instrumen soal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa 4 butir soal berbentuk uraian yang mengacu pada indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Dengan jumlah rata-rata yang didapat dari hasil tes soal uraian yaitu 88,57%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa siswa melakukan kesalahan pada indikator kesatu yaitu memahami menulis sebesar 15,38%, indikator kedua yaitu menggambar sebesar 84,61%, indikator ketiga yaitu ekspresi matematika sebesar 92,30%. Dengan demikian diperoleh ada pengaruh terhadap pembelajaran dengan bantuan media komik yang ditinjau dari kemampuan komunikasi siswa pada materi barisan dan deret aritmatika kelas XI SMAS Daerah Air Joman.
