PENENTU KEBERHASILAN PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI: TINJAUAN PUSTAKA DAN STUDI KASUS PADA LEMBAGA KEUANGAN

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan manajemen perubahan dalam suatu organisasi, serta mengkaji relevansinya dalam kasus perubahan pada salah satu lembaga keuangan terpilih. Kombinasi tinjauan pustaka dan penelitian dilakukan untuk tujuan ini. Secara khusus, dilakukan tinjauan mendalam terhadap 39 teori model manajemen perubahan organisasi yang telah ada saat ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan manajemen perubahan. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan manajemen perubahan organisasi diidentifikasi dan dikategorikan ke dalam kategori yang relevan dengan keberhasilan implementasi inisiatif perubahan organisasi dalam kasus perusahaan. Penelitian sebelumnya juga telah dilakukan untuk mendukung penelitian yang saat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang terintegrasi tentang keberhasilan manajemen perubahan. Dalam lembaga keuangan terpilih ini, telah berlangsung 2 skema perubahan yang telah terjadi dan saat ini terjadi, dengan selanjutnya dilakukan wawancara, survey serta identifikasi tinjauan pustaka pada kasus perubahan dalam lembaga keuangan tersebut. Dengan memahami faktor keberhasilan, dapat membantu manajer mengimplementasikan inisiatif perubahan ke dalam suatu organisasi secara efektif guna mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu.
