In October 2024, OJS has been updated to OJS 3, so adjustments to the appearance and menu of the new OJS must been made. Several characters (such as Â, –, “, â€, etc) appeared in OJS 3 due to the system differences, so several articles were temporarily unpublished for metadata editing.
