Abstract

Era disrupsi memberikan pengaruh besar dalam setiap aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam bidang keilmuan bimbingan dan konseling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan konseling guru Bimbingan dan Konseling di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan berdasarkan perspektif supervisi klinis. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 5 orang guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen supervisi konseling individual. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus statistik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 13 jenis keterampilan konseling berdasarkan perspektif supervisi klinis, 5 keterampilan berkategori tinggi, 7 keterampilan berkategori sedang, dan 1 keterampilan berkategori rendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan konseling guru Bimbingan dan Konseling masih dominan pada kategori sedang.

Abstract: The era of disruption has a major influence on every aspect of human life, including in the field of guidance and counseling science. The purpose of this study was to determine the counseling skills of Guidance and Counseling teachers in Vocational High Schools based on the perspective of clinical supervision. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a quantitative descriptive method. The sample used was 5 Guidance and Counseling teachers. The data collection technique used an individual counseling supervision instrument. The data analysis technique used a percentage statistical formula. The results of the study showed that out of 13 types of counseling skills based on the perspective of clinical supervision, 5 skills were categorized as high, 7 skills were categorized as medium, and 1 skill was categorized as low. This finding indicates that the counseling skills of Guidance and Counseling teachers are still dominant in the medium category.
