<p>Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) memerlukan <em>work engagement</em> dan <em>psychological well-being</em> untuk berfungsi optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keduanya pada 71 pengurus BEM FKIP ULM dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala <em>psychological well-being</em> dan skala <em>work engagement</em>. Hasil analisis menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) dan koefisien korelasi 0,760, mengindikasikan hubungan kuat searah. Temuan ini berguna bagi layanan bimbingan konseling di kampus dalam merancang program manajemen stres dan peningkatan motivasi bagi pengurus organisasi.<br /><br /><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>: The Student Executive Board (BEM) requires work engagement and psychological well-being to function optimally. This research aims to determine the relationship between the two in 71 BEM FKIP ULM administrators using quantitative methods and a correlational approach. Data collection was carried out through the psychological well-being scale and work engagement scale. The analysis results show a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.760, indicating a strong unidirectional relationship. <p>Kecelakaan dikalangan pendaki gunung sering kali disebabkan oleh Tindakan ekstrem untuk memenuhi sensasi dan pengalaman. Pengalaman psikologis setiap orang berbeda-beda, terutama bagi pendaki gunung Muslimah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan mengungkapkan pengalaman psikologis pendaki Muslimah di Gunung Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 100 orang pendaki gunung Muslimah di Gunung Kerinci, dengan sample sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner<em> Psychological Experience </em>yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif untuk mendreskripsikan mean dan persentase variable penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi pengalaman psikologis pendaki gunung Muslimah di Gunung Kerinci pada indicator Sterotip, Kecemasan, Peran orang tua, dan indicator Sebab akibat tergolong tinggi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi pengalaman psikologis seorang Muslimah, maka semakin besar pula trauma untuk Kembali melakukan pendakian gunung, begitu pula sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut dengan populasi dan sampel yang lebih besar untuk mengekplorasi lebih jauh pengalaman psikologis pendaki gunung Muslimah.<br /><br /><strong><em>Abstrack:</em></strong><em> Accidents among female Muslim mountaineers are often caused by extreme actions to fulfill sensations and experiences. Each person's psychological experience is different, especially for female Muslim mountaineers. This study aims to examine and reveal the psychological experiences of female Muslim mountaineers on Mount Kerinci. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional survey design. The research population is 100 female Muslim mountaineers on Mount Kerinci, with a sample of 30 people. The data collection technique uses a Psychological Experience questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics to describe the mean and percentage of research variables. The results of the study show that the conditions of Psychological Experiences of Female Muslim Mountaineers on Mount Kerinci on the indicators of stereotypes, anxiety, parental roles, and indicators of cause and effect are classified as high. This indicates that the higher the psychological experience of a female Muslim, the greater the trauma to return to climbing mountains, and vice versa. The results of this research recommend the need for further research with a larger population and sample to further explore the psychological experiences of female Muslim mountaineers.</em></p>Riska PadhilaDosi JuliawatiFarid Imam Kholidin

<p>Rendahnya self-acceptance dapat memicu berbagai permasalahan psikologis, termasuk kecemasan sosial dan rendahnya rasa percaya diri, yang berpotensi memperburuk kondisi kesehatan, seperti bromhidrosis yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan sosial dan psikologis. Kurangnya penerimaan diri dapat membuat individu lebih rentan terhadap stres dan perasaan malu, yang pada akhirnya dapat memperburuk kondisi bromhidrosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan diri mahasiswa baru Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta serta hubungannya dengan upaya pencegahan bromhidrosis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara terhadap mahasiswa baru. Instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara penerimaan diri dan kondisi Bromhidrosis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan tingkat penerimaan diri yang tinggi lebih mampu mengelola kecemasan sosial dan memiliki strategi koping yang lebih baik dalam menjaga kebersihan diri, sehingga dapat mengurangi risiko bromhidrosis. Sebaliknya, mahasiswa dengan penerimaan diri rendah cenderung memiliki tingkat stres yang lebih tinggi, yang dapat memperburuk kondisi keringat berlebih dan meningkatkan risiko bromhidrosis.<br /><br /><strong><em>Abstrack:</em></strong><em> Low self-acceptance can trigger various psychological problems, including social anxiety and low self-confidence, which have the potential to worsen health conditions, such as bromhidrosis which can cause social and psychological discomfort. Lack of self-acceptance can make individuals more susceptible to stress and feelings of shame, which can ultimately worsen bromhidrosis. This study aims to analyze the level of self-acceptance of new students in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, FKIP, Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta and its relationship to bromhidrosis prevention efforts. This research method uses a qualitative approach with interview techniques for new students. The research instrument is in the form of interview guidelines for self-acceptance and Bromhidrosis conditions. The results of the study showed that students with high levels of self-acceptance are better able to manage social anxiety and have better coping strategies in maintaining personal hygiene, thereby reducing the risk of bromhidrosis. Conversely, students with low self-acceptance tend to have higher levels of stress, which can worsen excessive sweating and increase the risk of bromhidrosis</em>.</p>Iis Lathifah NuryantoArum SetiowatiDrajat Edy Kurniawan

<p>Layanan karir untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) merupakan layanan yang membantu siswa merencanakan karirnya secara matang, tetapi selama ini media yang dikembangkan masih sangat kurang dan belum berbentuk media digital sehingga aksesnya terbatas untuk digunakan.sehingga tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah mengembangkan media games digital untuk membantu eksplorasi karir ABK. Pentingnya kemampuan dan kematangan siswa berkebutuhan khusus dalam merencanakan karir yang sesuai dengan bakat dan minat yang dimiliki menjadi alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini. Masih kurangnya tingkat kematangan perencanaan karir siswa menjadikan timbulnya masalah dalam kehidupannya kedepan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model yang mengadaptasi dari tahapan pengembangan Borg dan Gall menjadi 7 tahap pengembangan. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah games digital tentang eksplorasi karir yang bisa dimainkan oleh siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Produk games eksplorasi karir ini telah melalui uji keberterimaan dan kelayakan berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, praktisi dan calon pengguna dan memperoleh hasil sebesar 89,80% yang artinya produk games eksplorasi karir ini sangat layak untuk digunakan di lapangan sebagai media layanan informasi karier untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Media ini dapat membantu guru BK dalam menyediakan layanan bimbingan karir, serta mendorong siswa agar dapat melatih kemampuan dalam mengeksplorasi karir secara mandiri.<br /><br /><strong><em>Abstract: </em></strong><em>The purpose of this research is to develop digital game media to help explore the careers of students with special needs. The importance of the ability and maturity of students with special needs in planning a career that suits their talents and interests is the reason for conducting this research. The lack of maturity in students' career planning causes problems in their future lives. This research uses the research and development (R&D) method with a development model that adapts the stages of Borg and Gall's development into 7 stages of development. The product resulting from this research is a digital game about career exploration that can be played by students with special needs. This career exploration game product has gone through an acceptance and feasibility test based on the results of the assessment carried out by material experts, media experts, practitioners and prospective users and obtained a result of 89.80% which means that this career exploration game product is very suitable for use in the field as a career information service media for students with special needs. This media can help BK teachers in providing career guidance services, as well as encourage students to be able to practice their ability to explore careers independently.</em></p>Ratna WulandariNovi Andayaningtyas
