Bimbingan dan konseling Islami untuk meningkatkan psychologycal well-being pada remaja

Psychological well-being berperan penting dalam kehidupan remaja. Remaja rentan mengalami kondisi psikologis yang kurang baik seperti, kecemasan, stres, dan depresi, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi remaja dalam mencapai kondisi psychological well-being yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh spiritual, spiritualitas, religion, dan religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being pada remaja, dan integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan psychological well-being remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review, dengan mencari data-data yang relevan melalui database Sinta, Springer, dan Taylor & Francis Group. Desain penelitian menggunakan Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analytics (PRISMA). Kriteria inklusi ditentukan untuk membatasi pencarian data penelitian, dan diperoleh 11 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil systematic literature review menunjukkan bahwa, (1) spiritual, spiritualitas, dan religion berpengaruh positif terhadap psychological well-being, namun pada saat yang sama, religiusitas tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan psychological well-being; dan (2) mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai islam atau ajaran Islam dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling dapat membantu meningkatkan psychological well-being remaja.
Abstract: Psychological well-being plays a vital role in the lives of adolescents. Adolescents are prone to experiencing unfavorable psychological conditions such as anxiety, stress, and depression, which can affect adolescents in achieving good psychological well-being. This study aims to analyze the influence of spirituality, spirituality, religion, and religiosity on psychological well-being in adolescents and the integration of Islamic values in guidance and counseling services in improving adolescent psychological well-being. This research uses a systematic literature review method, searching for relevant data through the Sinta, Springer, and Taylor & Francis Group databases. The research design used Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analytics (PRISMA). Inclusion criteria were determined to limit the search for research data, and 11 articles were obtained that met the inclusion criteria. The results of the systematic literature review showed that (1) spirituality, spirituality, and religion have a positive effect on psychological well-being, but at the same time, religiosity is not significantly related to psychological well-being; and (2) integrating Islamic values or Islamic teachings in guidance and counseling services can help improve adolescents' psychological well-being.
