Abstract

Lansia merupakan individu dengan usia lanjut yang mengalami proses penuaan terus menerus sehingga berdampak pada kondisi kesehatan dan masalah psikologis. Kenyataan tersebut, membutuhkan keyakinan lansia atas kemampuan yang dimilikinya dalam menjaga kesehatan yang tidak terlepas dukungan dari jaringan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, secara empiris menguji hubungan dukungan sosial dan health self efficacy pada lansia di Sekolah Lansia Rumah Budaya Bahagia (SLRB) yang bertempat di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan quota sampling, responden penelitian ini adalah lansia yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan di SLRB berjumlah 40 sampel dengan mengisi instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS untuk analisis pearson product moment correlation. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan health self efficacy pada lansia di SLRB.
