Author Guidelines
The Author’s Guideline of DoubleClick: Journal of Computer and Information Technology since the publication of August 2017.
- The manuscript is the authentic research result that has not been published yet in other publication media or publishing houses.
- Manuscript accepted is written in standard English Language or Indonesian language must be submitted through Online Submission System using Open Journal System (OJS) on the Doubleclick E-journal portal (http://e-journal.unipma.ac.id/index.php/doubleclick). Then, register as one of the author or reviewer in the “Register” bottom.
- The length of the manuscript is approximately 16 pages, no less than 5 pages, written in Times New Roman 12, A4 paper format, margins: top 2; left 2,54; right 2,54; bottom 2, two columns (except for abstract, figure or table whose size cannot be reduced due to its readability), justified, single-spaced.
- The manuscript should contain several aspects of a scientific article as follows: (subtitles as the order), which are: (a) the title of the article, (b) the author’s name (no academic title), (c) the afiliated author’s address, (d) the author’s email (e) the abstract and the keywords, five main headings: Pendahuluan (Introduction); Landasan Teori (Literature); Metode (Method); Hasil dan Pembahasan (Findings and Discussion); Simpulan (Conclusions); Daftar Pustaka (References).
- The title of the manuscript must be as brief as possible, and must represent the content of the manuscript.
- Authors’ names are written below the tittle, followed by authors’ affiliation (name of the affiliation, address, postal code, and country) and e-mail address.
- Abstract is written in two languages: Indonesian and English or only in English if the fulltext is written in English, as a representation of the manuscript. The abstract should not exceed 250 words for each language format, written narratively comprising aims/objectives, method, and findings of the research/article, in one paragraph.
- Keywords: words or phrases which are important, specific, or representative to the article.
- APA style is used as a reference in citation, references, and writing format (Use Mendeley).
- The references of the article are in the form of journals and non-journals which are published in the last 10 years.
- The manuscript should be written in the following template.
- The manuscript must be in Microsoft Word (.doc/ .docx or .rtf) , and sent to the journal system via online submission by creating account in this Open Journal System (OJS) [click REGISTER if you have not had any account yet; or click LOG IN if you have already had an account].
- All Author(s)' names and identity(es) must be completely embedded in the form filled in by the corresponding author: email; affiliation; and each author's short biography (in the column of 'Bio Statement'). [if the manuscript is written by two or more authors, please click 'Add Author' in the 3rd step of 'ENTER METADATA' in the submission process and then enter each author's data.]
- Authors' biography (in the column of Bio Statement) is written in the form of narration, including author's full name, place and date of birth, educational qualification /information started from bachelor degree (S-1) until the latest educational degree, the affiliation in which the author is currently working, phone number, and email address.
- All correspondences, information and decisions for the submitted manuscripts are conducted through email written in the manuscript and/or the emails used for the submission. The status of the manuscript can be checked in the OJS by logging in to the journal.

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Open Office, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
