APAKAH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT MEMENGARUHI INDIVIDUAL READINESS FOR CHANGE?

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana persepsi dukungan organisasi bisa memberikan dampak pada kesiapan individu untuk berubah. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Jawa Timur ini melibatkan 46 sampel atau seluruh populasi yang berasal dari jabatan fungsional Widyaiswara. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Pengukuran variabel dukungan organisasi didasarkan pada empat dimensi, yaitu: keadilan, dukungan atasan, dan penghargaan atas kondisi kerja. Sementara untuk variabel kesiapan individu untuk berubah diukur menggunakan dimenasi kognitif dan afektif. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic yang telah dilakukan ditemukan hasil bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa organisasi telah memberikan perhatian yang cukup baik, sehingga ketika organisasi melakukan perubahan sebagai Langkah mencapai tujuannya individu yang terlibatkan di dalamnya siap untuk mengikuti perubahan yang dilakukan organisasi.
