Peningkatan Keterampilan Sosial Melalui Metode Bermain Peran Pada Kelompok B-1 di TK Dharma Wanita Josenan Kota Madiun

This research aims to improve social skills in group B-1 children at Dharma Wanita Josenan Kindergarten, Madiun City, who generally do not exhibit social skills. One reason is that teachers face difficulties implementing learning that internalizes social skills in group B-1 children. Therefore, this research aims to enhance social skills in group B-1 children through the role-playing method. The research method was carried out through two cycles of classroom action from September to February 2023. The method for improving social skills involved planning, implementation, action, observation, and reflection evaluation procedures, which are cyclical. Data collection was done through observation and document recording, and the data obtained was analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that the social skills of group B-1 children at Dharma Wanita Josenan Kindergarten, Madiun City, can be improved through role-playing methods. The increase in social skills is indicated by the percentage of classical completion, where the social skills of group B-1 children rose from 12% in the precycle to 62% in cycle I, and significantly increased to 87% in cycle II, exceeding the performance indicator of 80%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak kelompok B-1 di TK Dharma Wanita Josenan, Kota Madiun, yang umumnya kurang menunjukkan keterampilan sosial. Kesulitan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang dapat menginternalisasi keterampilan sosial pada anak kelompok B-1 menjadi salah satu alasan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak melalui metode bermain peran. Penelitian dilakukan melalui dua siklus tindakan kelas dari September hingga Februari 2023, dengan prosedur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan evaluasi refleksi yang bersifat siklis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan pencatatan dokumen, dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterampilan sosial anak kelompok B-1 dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode bermain peran. Peningkatan keterampilan sosial ditunjukkan oleh persentase ketuntasan klasikal, yaitu dari 12% pada pra-siklus, meningkat menjadi 62% pada siklus I, dan meningkat signifikan menjadi 87% pada siklus II, melampaui indikator kinerja 80%.
