This research has the objectives 1) To determine the implementation of school collaboration management with DU/DI 2) To determine the relevance of medical laboratory technology skills competency at Bakti Indonesia Medika Ponorogo Health Vocational School with DU/DI, 3) To determine DU/DI's needs for skills competency medical laboratory technology at the Bakti Indonesia Medika Health Vocational School, Ponorogo. 4) To find out supporters and participants in establishing collaboration between schools and DU/DI on medical laboratory technology expertise competencies. 5) To find out the school's strategic steps to achieve harmony in medical laboratory technology expertise competencies with DU/DI in terms of social exchange theory. This research uses qualitative research with case study data collection methods in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this research show that there is a misalignment between schools and parts of the business and industrial world (DU/DI). and the School has a strategic plan to achieve alignment with relevant DU/DI.
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi manajem kerjasama Sekolah dengan DU/DI 2) Untuk mengetahui relevansi pada kompetensi keahlian teknologi laboratorium medik di SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ponorogo dengan DU/DI, 3) Untuk mengetahui kebutuhan DU/DI pada kompetensi keahlian teknologi laboratorium medik di SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ponorogo. 4) Untuk mengetahui pendukung serta penghambat dalam menjalin kerjasama antara sekolah dengan DU/DI pada kompetensi keahlian teknologi laboratorium medik. 5) Untuk mengetahui langkah strategis sekolah untuk mencapai keselarasan pada kompetensi keahlian teknologi laboratorium medik dengan DU/DI yang ditinjau dari teori pertukaran sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitataif dengan metode pengumpulan data studi kasus dalam bentuk observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya ketidakselarasan antara Sekolah dengan sebagian Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DU/DI). dan Sekolah memiliki rencana strategis untuk mencapai keselarasan dengan DU/DI yang relevan.
