PENINGKATAN MUTU LEMBAGA MELALUI OPTIMALISASI MANAGEMEN TENAGA PENDIDIK DAN PENDIDIKAN (STUDI KASUS KB AZ ZAHRA, BERBAH, SLEMAN)

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan usaha yang dilakukan oleh KB Az Zahra dalam mencapai nilai akreditasi yang diharapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pendekatan fenomenologi berhubungan dengan pemahaman tentang bagaimana keseharian dan dunia kehidupan sehari-hari. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa KB Az Zahra telah memenuhi 7 dari 8 standar pendidikan, sehingga tidak bisa mendapatkan nilai A. Perolehan nilai akreditasi lembaga adalah B bulat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan oleh latar belakang pendidikan pendidik PAUD yang belum linier/ relevan. Sehingga, pengurus yayasan berusaha mencarikan beasiswa pendidikan SI PGPAUD untuk meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yaitu pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai upaya meningkatan mutu lembaga.
Abstract This study aimed to describe the work done by Az Zahra Playgroup in achieving the expected value of accreditation. The method used in this study was conducted using qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Phenomenology associated with an understanding of how the world of everyday life and everyday life. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Az Zahra Playgroup has met seven of the eight standards of education, so it can not get an A. Acquisition value of accreditation is the B round. That is because the educational background of early childhood educators who have linear / relevant. Thus, the board of trustees try to find scholarships bachelor of Early Childhood Education to improve the Human Resources (HR) early childhood teachers and improving the quality of institutions.
