All articles published in Activa Yuris: Jurnal Hukum are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication.

Authors ARE NOT REQUIRED to pay for an article submission, but only for the accepted manuscript will be asked to pay the Article Processing/Publishing Charges.
Article Processing/Publishing Charges (APC): IDR. 300.000
