Look after your gut well. Gut health is extremely important in maintaining a steady weight, and the ability to absorb nutrients from the food you consume. Bloating and heartburn is a result of poor gut bacteria. This will effect your energy levels, mood and results in the gym - and worst still, will keep you hovering towards weight gain and the inability to lose it.
