Pendidikan Ramah Anak adalah pendidikan yang mengedepankan rasa riang, aman, sehat, menarik, efektif, menghormati hak anak, asah, asih, asuh, nyaman, aspiratif dan komunikatif. Sehingga pembentukan karakter pada jenjang pendidikan dapat dimulai dari sejak dini dan harus menempatkan pendidikan ramah anak sebagai dasar membangun karakter siswa. Adapun dalam hal ini strategi layanan yang dapat diterapkan dan dimplementasikan sebagai wujud pembentukan karakter dalam pendidikan ramah anak adalah dengan layanan bimbingan dan konseling.
