Based on data from the World Health Organization, in 2018 there were around 20 million children in the world who did not get complete immunizations. Data on the coverage of Indonesia measles follow-up immunization in 2018 was 67,14% and the proportion of measles cases based on Indonesian vaccinations in 2018 was 18,97%. The incidence of measles is related to the success of the measles immunization program, if the immunization coverage reaches 90% it can contribute to reducing morbidity and mortality by 80-90%. The mother desire to immunize her child is closely related to the mother's awareness of her child's health. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and mother occupation with the accuracy of giving measles immunization at the Public Health Center Kotobangon. The type of research used is analytic observational with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 43 respondents, which was obtained by total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the mother level of knowledge (p=0,000) and mother occupation (p=0,011) with the accuracy of measles immunization at the Public Health Center Kotobangon. Good knowledge and employment status can influence mothers in bringing their babies to be immunized against measles. It is recommended for health workers to actively carry out education to increase maternal knowledge and organize immunization awareness programs.
