Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi entrepreneurship readinees warga binaan yang difokuskan pada entrepreneurship training, social support dan self efficacy. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni warga binaan di Lapas Terbuka IIB Kendal Semarang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh entrepreneurship Training, social support dan self efficacy terhadap entrepreneurship readinees.
