Peran Dukungan Fakultas Dalam Memoderasi Pengaruh Literasi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa

Abstract


Lulusan dari fakultas ekonomi yang seharusnya linier dengan penciptaan usaha, sering kali terjebak dalam obsesi pekerjaan sebagai karyawan atau manajer dari suatu perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan ironi karena dukungan dari perguruan fakultas untuk menciptakan wirausahawan baru seringkali kurang optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dan menguji sejauh mana dukungan fakultas yang dirasakan mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan dampak literasi kewirausahaan terhadap intensi mahasiswa untuk menjadi wirausaha. Dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah 168. Melalui teknik statistik inferensial Warp-PLS SEM, diperoleh hasil bahwa dukungan fakultas signifikan dalam memoderasi pengaruh literasi kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hal ini menunjukkan prioritas kebijakan akademik dan kemahasiswaan fakultas seharusnya fokus pada bentuk kegiatan atau program yang mendorong dan mendukung kegiatan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, serta perlunya keseriusan dalam mendukung inkubator bisnis mahasiswa.
