EVALUASI PENILAIAN PROSES DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN PPKn

Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi (1) Pelaksanaan penilaian proses pembelajaran PPKn di SMA N se-Kabupaten Gunungkidul dan (2) Pelaksanaan penilaian hasil belajar PPKn di SMA N se-Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi program dengan model discrepancy. Data yang dikumpulkan dari 11 SMA N se-Kabupaten Gunungkidul dengan jumlah 16 Guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas instrumen angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi menggunakan validasi isi, dan instrumen angket ditambah dengan validasi konstruk. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan formula koefisien alpha (α) Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menujukkan (1) pelaksanaan penilaian proses pembelajaran terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan laporan penilaian. Adapun temuan penelitian bahwa perencanan penilaian proses pembelajaran mendapat kesenjangan sebesar 2.743 % termasuk kategori sangat baik. Pelaksanaan penilaian proses pembelajaran mendapat persentase kesenjangan sebesar 6.3914 % termasuk kategori sangat baik, dan laporan penilaian proses pembelajaran mendapat persentase kesenjangan sebesar 44.875 % termasuk kategori baik. (2) Pelaksanaan penilaian hasil belajar terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan laporan. Adapun temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan penilaian hasil belajar mendapat persentase kesenjangan sebesar 8.7% termasuk kategori sangat baik. Pelaksanaan penilaian hasil belajar mendapat persentase kesenjangan sebesar 9.9265 % termasuk kategori sangat baik, dan laporan penilaian hasil belajar mendapat persentase kesenjangan sebesar 4.6875 % termasuk kategori sangat baik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penilaian proses dan hasil belajar PPKn di SMA N se-Kabupaten Gunungkidul termasuk kategori sangat baik.
