ANALISIS OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS PADA MESIN ROTARY PANNER PT.X

Losses dapat mengakibatkan penurunan efektivitas peralatan dalam proses produksi. Untuk mengetahui dan meminimalisir losses yang terjadi, diperlukan adanya evaluasi kinerja dari peralatan produksi. OEE dapat digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas menggunakan tiga sudut pandang untuk mengidentifikasi six big losses (enam kerugian), yaitu availability, performance dan quality. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat efektivitas mesin rotary panner sebesar 95,87%, dengan rata-rata nilai availability 100%, performance 96,16% dan quality 99,96%. Losses yang terjadi pada mesin ini adalah set up and adjustment losses, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai availability ratio karena nilainya masih diatas nilai standar 90% menurut standar dunia ( World Class ).
