Abstract

Dengan semakin tingginya tuntutan jaman dalam bidang bahasa Inggris, maka harapan pemerintah akan keberhasilannya pun semakin meningkat. Akhirnya, tuntutan penguasaan kurikulum pelajaran bahasa Inggris pun ditingkatkan. Sayangnya, belum semua elemen pendidikan kita bisa mengikuti tuntutan jaman dan harapan pemerintah ini. Untuk itu, perlu adanya pelatihan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris bagi guru-guru TK dan SD terutama pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru SD dan TK di Desa Tunggur, Kecamatan Lembeyan, kabupaten Magetan. Metode kegiatan ini yaitu Observasi dan Penentuan Jadwal, Koordinasi dengan perangkat sekolah di Desa Tunggur, Pelaksanaan dan Kegiatan Pendampingan Program. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan penguasaan materi Bahasa Inggris guru-guru melalui pemakaian media pengajaran bahasa Inggris dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar Bahasa Inggris.
